Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the United States, Canada, Australia, France, the UK, Germany, New Zealand, and South Africa.

For shipping outside these countries, please contact our support through our helpdesk.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Most items arrive within 5-7 business days, many orders will arrive sooner than that! Our mail system is pretty amazing when compared to the rest of the world, and we are so grateful to the Carriers that make it happen! Once in a while, a hiccup occurs. NO WORRIES! Standard shipping times for the countries covered by our delivery partners is presented below. You can find them when choosing a delivery method before confirming your order:

- United-States: 3-4 days
- Canada: 6-10 days
- Australia: 6-18 days
- France: 6-18 days
- UK: 6-18 days
- Germany: 6-18 days
- New Zealand: 6-18 days
- South Africa: 6-18 days

How can I track my package?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Check your junk folder, spam, or promotions folders for this automatic email.

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

Deliveries outside the continental United States may be subject to additional taxes based on your country's customs laws and regulations.

Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and (if applicable) may invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order.

We do NOT cover import fees. please reach out to our support through our helpdesk if you're concerned about the cost before placing your order.
